The invention provides a multifunctional sand blocking device combining a front trash rack and a sand blocking curtain. The multifunctional sand blocking device comprises a sand blocking ridge fixedly arranged on a bottom plate in front of a water intake, and the double-layer trash rack is vertically arranged on the sand blocking ridge; a cavity is formed between front and rear layers of grilles of the double-layer trash rack, a horizontal transmission shaft is arranged at the upper end in the cavity and connected with a power device, a reel is arranged at the lower end in the cavity, and the transmission shaft and the reel are fixed to the upper end edge and the lower end edge of the sand blocking curtain respectively. The transmission shaft and the reel are connected through a transmission device; the left end edge and the right end edge of the grating are provided with a transverse partition plate and a guide rail respectively. The left end edge and the right end edge of the sand blocking curtain and the end of the reel are all located in the guide rails. The sand blocking ridge, the trash rack and the sand blocking curtain are organically combined, the effect similar to that of a flexible sand blocking wall is achieved, the function of blocking bed load and suspended load sediment in flood in the flood season can be well achieved, and particularly the situation that a large amount of suspended load sediment in the flood in the flood season enters a power station inlet diversion canal and a generator set is avoided.
本发明提供一种将前置拦污栅与拦沙帘相结合的多功能挡沙装置，包括固定设置在取水口前方底板上的拦沙坎，双层拦污栅垂直设置在拦沙坎上；双层拦污栅的前后两层的格栅之间形成空腔，空腔内上端设有水平的传动轴，传动轴与动力装置连接，空腔内下端设有卷轴，传动轴、卷轴分别固定在拦沙帘上下端边；传动轴、卷轴之间通过传动装置连接；所述的格栅的左右两端边分别设有横隔板和导轨；拦沙帘的左右端边和卷轴的端部均位于所述的导轨内。本发明将拦沙坎、拦污栅与拦沙帘有机结合，发挥类似柔性挡沙墙的作用，能够较好实现拦挡汛期洪水中推移质和悬移质泥沙的功能，尤其是避免汛期洪水中悬移质泥沙大量进入电站进口引水渠和发电机组。
