The invention discloses a method for reinforcing a soft foundation based on a medium-high carbon steel wire mesh, which comprises the following steps of: driving casing pipes of which the bottoms are fixedly connected with prefabricated pile tips into the soft foundation needing to be reinforced one by one according to a preset interval by adopting pipe inserting equipment, and enabling the tops of the casing pipes to be higher than the ground of the soft foundation by a preset height after construction is finished; a steel wire grating is inserted into the casing pipe, a plastic cover plate mold is installed at the top opening part of the casing pipe, concrete pouring is conducted on the casing pipe based on the opening part of the plastic cover plate mold, and a foundation reinforcing pile formed by the casing pipe and concrete in the casing pipe is constructed in the soft foundation; after a cover plate is poured on the surface of the soft foundation constructed with the foundation reinforcing piles, a cushion layer and a medium-high carbon steel wire mesh are laid; and concrete continues to be poured to reinforce all layers of objects between the cover plate and the medium-high carbon steel wire mesh, and the leveled and compacted roadbed capable of being further constructed is formed.
本发明公开一种基于中高碳钢丝网加固软基的方法,包括:采用插管设备在需加固的软基中按照预定的间距逐根打入底部固定连接有预制桩尖的套管,施工完毕后使得套管的顶部高出软基的地面预定高度;在套管内插入钢丝格栅并且在套管的顶部开口部分安装塑料盖板模,基于塑料盖板模的开口部分对套管进行混凝土浇注,使得在软基中构造由套管与套管中的混凝土形成的地基加固桩;在构造有地基加固桩的软基表面浇筑盖板后铺设垫层和中高碳钢丝网;继续浇注混凝土对所述盖板与所述中高碳钢丝网之间的各层物体进行加固,形成整平压实后的能够进一步施工的路基。
