The pre-stressed anchor rod tension supplementing structure of the supporting structure pile anchor system comprises an adjusting piece used for supporting an obliquely-arranged anchorage device, and the adjusting piece comprises a first plate body and a second plate body arranged on the edge of one side of the first plate body; the first plate body and the second plate body are provided with adjusting assemblies used for adjusting the included angle between the first plate body and the second plate body. The included angle between the first plate body and the second plate body is adjusted through the adjusting assembly, so that the first plate body and the second plate body can be suitable for anchor cables with different gradients, the applicability of the adjusting part when the adjusting part supports a mold is improved, and the same anchorage device can be reused conveniently.
