Non-landing movable steel platform with pile guiding function
The invention discloses a non-landing movable steel platform with a pile column guiding function. The non-landing movable steel platform comprises pile caps, transverse distribution beams, a main truss, a panel and a guiding frame. The multiple pile caps are distributed in an array mode and comprise at least two rows of pile caps arranged in the transverse direction and at least two columns of pile caps arranged in the longitudinal direction. The pile cap is used for sleeving the top of the pile column; a transverse distribution beam is fixedly mounted at the top of each row of pile caps; the main trusses extend in the longitudinal direction and are supported between the two adjacent transverse distribution beams in a sliding mode; the panel is supported at the top of the main truss and is used for forming a construction platform; the guide frame is fixedly installed at the outer end of the main truss and used for guiding the pile in the vertical direction during piling construction. According to the non-landing mobile steel platform, the phenomenon that the pile is easily broken due to the fact that the pile bears shear force in the horizontal direction and lateral bending moment can be avoided, meanwhile, the pile can be guided during piling construction, and the use function of the steel platform is increased.
