A steel pipe pile holding clamp capable of sliding in the length direction of the movable beam assembly is further arranged on one side of the movable beam assembly and used for positioning the steel pipe pile, the moving direction of the first movable beam is perpendicular to the moving direction of the steel pipe pile holding clamp, and the problem that the deepwater platform steel pipe pile guiding device is low in implementation efficiency is solved.
