The invention discloses a construction method of a double-wheel milling cement soil wall composite anchor cable supporting structure, which comprises the following steps: firstly, constructing a double-wheel milling cement soil diaphragm wall, and inserting I-shaped steel into the double-wheel milling cement soil diaphragm wall to form a composite vertical supporting structure; then a first ring beam is poured and constructed on the top of the double-wheel milling cement soil diaphragm wall, an outer side supporting structure unit composed of a horizontal connecting beam and a vertical foundation pile is arranged on the outer side of the first ring beam, then a foundation pit is excavated, and in the excavation process of the foundation pit, a next ring beam is constructed on the inner wall of the double-wheel milling cement soil diaphragm wall every certain depth; anchor cables are arranged on each ring beam in the length direction of the ring beam at equal intervals. Vertical connecting beams are constructed between the upper and lower adjacent ring beams; and after excavation is conducted to the bottom of the foundation pit, a foundation pit floor is poured, a vertical supporting beam is constructed between the foundation pit floor and the last ring beam, and then basement construction is conducted. By means of the method, the foundation pit of the strong permeable layer foundation can be effectively supported, and the safety of the foundation pit excavation and underground structure construction process is guaranteed.
