Pre-stressed anchor cable capable of preventing seepage through mold bags
The pre-stressed anchor cable comprises an anchor cable body, a first grouting pipe and a second grouting pipe are fixed to the anchor cable body side by side, the lower end of the first grouting pipe is open, and the lower end of the second grouting pipe is sealed; the upper end of the anchor cable body is sleeved with a first anti-seepage mold bag and a second anti-seepage mold bag, and the first anti-seepage mold bag is located below the second anti-seepage mold bag. The first grouting pipe penetrates through the first anti-seepage mold bag and the second anti-seepage mold bag, a plurality of first grout outlet holes are longitudinally distributed in the portion, located in the first anti-seepage mold bag, of the first grouting pipe, a packer is arranged in the portion, located below the first grout outlet holes, of the first grouting pipe, and the packer is located in the first anti-seepage mold bag; the lower end of the second grouting pipe extends into the second anti-seepage mold bag, and a plurality of second grout outlet holes are longitudinally distributed in the second grouting pipe located in the second anti-seepage mold bag. The pre-stressed anchor cable can effectively control the water leakage phenomenon of an orifice in the anchor cable construction process, and the follow-up leaking stoppage cost is saved.
本发明公开了一种利用模袋防渗的预应力锚索,包括锚索主体,锚索主体上并排固定有第一注浆管和第二注浆管,且第一注浆管的下端开口,第二注浆管的下端密封;锚索主体上端分别套装有第一防渗模袋和第二防渗模袋,第一防渗模袋位于第二防渗模袋的下方;第一注浆管穿过第一防渗模袋和第二防渗模袋,且位于第一防渗模袋内的第一注浆管上纵向分布有若干第一出浆孔,位于第一出浆孔下方的第一注浆管内设置有封隔器,并使封隔器位于第一防渗模袋内;第二注浆管的下端伸入第二防渗模袋内,且位于第二防渗模袋内的第二注浆管上纵向分布有若干第二出浆孔。该预应力锚索能够有效的控制锚索施工时孔口的渗漏水现象,节省了后续堵漏费用。
