The invention discloses a pile foundation construction method under volcanic ash geology, which aims at a roadbed base under the volcanic ash geology condition and adopts a combined construction method to carry out screw pile construction, that is, a down-the-hole drill is used for guiding holes, and then a screw pile drilling machine is used for follow-up drilling and pumping of a mixture. By means of the method, efficient construction can be achieved, the construction effect is good, and the whole is economical. The method is simple and safe in construction, suitable for soft foundation treatment, especially for volcanic ash stratum conditions, high in applicability and capable of guaranteeing the construction quality of the screw pile. The pile foundation construction method solves the problems that an existing pile foundation construction method for the soft foundation such as the volcanic ash geology is single, systematic treatment cannot be formed, the treatment effect is not ideal, meanwhile, the influence on the construction period is large, and the pile foundation construction method is not economical.
本发明公开了一种火山灰地质下桩基施工方法,针对火山灰地质条件下的路基基底,采用组合施工方法进行螺杆桩施工,即利用潜孔钻机进行引孔,后续使用螺杆桩钻机跟进钻进泵送混合料。采用此方法可以高效的施工,施工效果较好,整体较为经济。该方法施工简单、安全,适用于软地基处理,特别是火山灰地层条件,适用性强,螺杆桩施工质量也可保证。本发明解决了现有的软地基如火山灰地质的桩基施工方法较为单一,不能形成系统处理,处理效果不理想,同时工期影响较大且较为不经济的问题。
