The cofferdam can meet the requirement of overflowing in a dry period, and can also be used as a power plant foundation pit longitudinal full-year cofferdam and a second-stage foundation pit longitudinal cofferdam, so that the work amount is saved; the structure is compact in arrangement, small in occupied riverbed width and beneficial to arrangement of buildings.
