Single-column composite barrel type foundation structure and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a single-column composite cylindrical foundation structure and a construction method thereof in the technical field of cylindrical foundations for offshore wind power. The single-column composite cylindrical foundation structure comprises a multi-cabin composite steel cylinder, and the multi-cabin composite steel cylinder comprises a cylinder body with a closed top end and an open bottom end; the steel beam structure is fixedly arranged at the top of the cylinder body; the single-column type transition section is coaxially and fixedly arranged on the cylinder body; and the bottom end of the inclined strut structure is fixedly connected with the steel beam structure, the top end of the inclined strut structure is connected with the single-column type transition section, and the inclined strut structure is used for supporting the single-column type transition section. The structural strength of the top cover of the barrel is improved through the steel beam structure, so that the axial load borne by the barrel can be stably transmitted downwards, and the bearing capacity of the single-column barrel type foundation is effectively improved; and meanwhile, the single-column type transition section is supported through the inclined strut structure, the stability of the single-column type cylindrical foundation is improved, and therefore the bearing risk is reduced.
本发明公开了海上风电用筒型基础技术领域的一种单柱复合筒型基础结构及其施工方法,包括多舱复合钢筒,多舱复合钢筒包括顶端封闭、底端开口的筒体;钢梁结构,钢梁结构固定设置于筒体顶部;单柱型过渡段,单柱型过渡段同轴固定设置于筒体上;斜撑结构,斜撑结构的底端与钢梁结构固定连接、顶端与单柱型过渡段连接,用于对所述单柱型过渡段进行支撑。本发明通过钢梁结构提高筒体顶盖的结构强度,可使得筒体受到的轴向载荷平稳的向下传递,有效的提高了单柱型筒型基础的承载力;同时通过斜撑结构对单柱型过渡段进行支撑,提高了单柱型筒型基础的稳定性,从而降低了承载风险。
