The invention relates to a metamaterial vibration isolation pile system capable of achieving stratum vibration energy recovery and application. The metamaterial vibration isolation pile system is composed of a plurality of metamaterial vibration isolation pile arrays. The metamaterial vibration isolation pile comprises a hollow pile (1), a resonance subsystem, a composite piezoelectric transduction piece (4) and an energy collection and output voltage regulation circuit (5). The resonance subsystem captures vibration in a stratum within a certain frequency range; the composite piezoelectric transduction sheet (4) can convert mechanical energy in vibration captured by the resonance subsystem into electric energy; and the energy collection and output power circuit (5) conditions the captured electric energy from alternating current into direct current with stable voltage to supply power to an electric appliance, and stores redundant electric energy in an energy storage capacitor. The direct piezoelectric effect is applied to stratum vibration control through the metamaterial vibration isolation pile, vibration in a specific wavelength and frequency range is isolated, meanwhile, stratum vibration mechanical energy is collected, converted electric energy is used for supplying power to nearby electric appliances, and the metamaterial vibration isolation pile has good application prospects.
