The invention discloses a construction method for a rear embedded part of a curtain wall. Firstly, a rear embedded part is machined according to a main body structure; then, the rear embedded part is bonded to the main body structure through an adhesive; and finally, the post-embedded part is fixed to the main body structure through expansion bolts and/or chemical anchor bolts, through the construction method for the post-embedded part of the curtain wall, the connecting strength of the post-embedded part and the main body structure can be guaranteed, the corresponding bearing capacity requirement can be met when the height, span and load of the curtain wall are large, and the construction efficiency is improved. Compared with an existing through-wall screw rod fixing mode, through holes do not need to be punched in the concrete of the main body structure, so that the construction difficulty can be effectively reduced, and damage to the main body structure can be effectively reduced.
本发明公开了一种幕墙后置预埋件施工方法。先根据主体结构加工后置预埋件;然后采用粘接剂将后置预埋件粘接在主体结构;最后采用膨胀螺栓和/或化学锚栓将后置预埋件固定于主体结构,通过上述公开的幕墙后置预埋件施工方法,能够保证后置预埋件与主体结构的连接强度,且能够在幕墙高度、跨度、载荷较大时,达到相应承载力要求,本申请相较于现有采用穿墙螺杆固定方式,本申请不需要在主体结构的混凝土上打对穿空孔,因此,本申请能够有效降低施工难度,并且还能有效减少对主体结构的损伤。
