The invention discloses a curtain wall rear-mounted embedded part structure and a construction method thereof.The curtain wall rear-mounted embedded part structure is applied to a concrete cantilever platform and comprises four through holes, and the through holes penetrate through the concrete cantilever platform in the height direction; a screw rod is movably arranged in each through hole in a penetrating mode, and the upper end and the lower end of each screw rod extend out of the concrete cantilever platform and are connected with an upper nut and a lower nut in a screwed mode respectively. An upper anchor plate is arranged between the upper nut and the upper end face of the concrete cantilever platform, and a first through hole is formed in the position, corresponding to the screw, of the upper anchor plate in the height direction in a penetrating mode. A lower anchor plate is arranged between the lower nut and the lower end face of the concrete cantilever platform. A second through hole is formed in the position, corresponding to the screw, of the lower anchor plate in the height direction in a penetrating mode. And a side anchor plate is fixedly connected between the upper anchor plate and the lower anchor plate, is arranged in parallel to the height direction and is used for abutting against the outer side wall of the concrete cantilever platform. The number of the rear anchor bolts can be reduced, the cost is saved, and the problem that conflicts exist in the rear anchor bolts due to concentrated arrangement of the rear anchor bolts can be solved.
