The carbon fiber composite formwork is a novel formwork capable of meeting the requirement of cast-in-place concrete stair construction by adhering carbon fibers to a cement board. After construction is finished, the novel formwork is integrated with a cast-in-place concrete floor, and the purpose of enhancing the pressure resistance and durability of the concrete floor is achieved by means of the high tension resistance and corrosion resistance of the carbon fibers. Through a reasonable building structure design process, the purpose of reducing the building cost is achieved.
碳纤维复合模板是由水泥板通过粘贴碳纤维,成为一种新型能够满足现浇混凝土楼梯施工的模板。这种新型模板在施工结束后,与现浇混凝土楼板成为一体,利用碳纤维的较高抗拉能力和抗腐蚀能力,达到增强混凝土楼板的抗压能力和耐久性的目的。通过合理的建筑结构设计过程,达到降低建筑成本的目的。
