Method for increasing construction speed of masonry structure infilled wall
The invention provides a method for increasing the construction speed of a masonry structure infilled wall, which comprises the following steps of: replacing and designing at least part of constructional columns in a design drawing of a main body structure into frame columns, and designing a pouring template and a reinforcement scheme of the frame columns according to the sizes and reinforcements of the constructional columns; the frame columns are positioned, and reinforcing bars of the frame columns are connected with constructional reinforcing bars of upper-layer structural beams of the main body structure; and a construction space of a masonry wall is reserved, a pouring formwork of the upper-layer structural beam and the frame column is erected, and the upper-layer structural beam and the frame column are integrally formed in a pouring mode. The constructional columns are replaced by the frame columns, and the frame columns and the main body structure can be poured at the same time, so that the construction is quick and convenient without waiting for settlement and inclined brick top building, and the construction period of the whole masonry structure is greatly shortened; meanwhile, the problem of external wall water seepage caused by uncompacted horizontal gaps due to the fact that constructional columns cannot be poured to the top is solved.
本发明提供了一种提升砌体结构填充墙施工速度的方法,包括以下步骤:将主体结构的设计图纸中的至少部分构造柱替换设计为框架柱,并根据所述构造柱的尺寸及配筋设计所述框架柱的浇筑模板及配筋方案;对所述框架柱进行定位,将所述框架柱的配筋与所述主体结构的上层结构梁的构造钢筋进行连接;预留出砌体墙的施工空间,搭设好所述上层结构梁与所述框架柱的浇筑模板,并将所述上层结构梁与所述框架柱一体浇筑成型。通过将所述构造柱替换为框架柱,由于所述框架柱与所述主体结构可以同时浇筑,施工快捷方便,不需要等待沉降及斜砖顶砌,极大地缩短了整个砌体结构的施工周期,同时也避免了构造柱浇筑不到顶出现的水平缝隙不密实带来的外墙渗水问题。
