The invention relates to a prefabricated assembly type rail top air duct device which comprises a supporting structure, the supporting structure comprises a prefabricated beam, a first prefabricated column and a second prefabricated column, the first prefabricated column and the second prefabricated column are connected to the two opposite ends of the prefabricated beam correspondingly, and a mounting cavity is defined by the first prefabricated column, the second prefabricated column and the prefabricated beam; the first prefabricated column and the second prefabricated column are used for being assembled and fixed with a rail top middle plate; the air duct body is arranged in the mounting cavity and comprises a top plate, a bottom plate, a first side plate and a second side plate, the top plate and the bottom plate are longitudinally and oppositely arranged at intervals, the first side plate is connected to the first side of the top plate and the first side of the bottom plate, and the second side plate is connected to the second side of the top plate and the second side of the bottom plate. The whole installation construction period is short, the construction process is simple, the construction risk is low, the construction quality controllability is good, the service life is long, and the reliability is high.
