Underground diaphragm wall water leakage disposal method
The invention discloses a water leakage disposal method for an underground diaphragm wall, which comprises the following steps of: blocking a water leakage part of the underground diaphragm wall by adopting cotton fibers, wiping a PPR (polypropylene random copolymer) drainage tube with a valve at the water leakage part, blocking the water leakage part by adopting quick-setting cement, pre-burying a soft drainage tube, punching after the quick-setting cement is solidified, and inserting a water stop needle, a handheld high-pressure grouting machine is used for injecting water-soluble polyurethane through a soft drainage pipe and a water stop needle head, the flow of the PPR drainage pipe with the valve is observed while the water-soluble polyurethane is injected, the valve is continuously turned down until no water leaks from the leakage position of the underground diaphragm wall, and finally a steel plate is fixed to the underground diaphragm wall through an expansion bolt. The space between the steel plate and the underground diaphragm wall is densely filled with grouting materials; according to the underground diaphragm wall leakage water disposal method, the problem of leakage of the underground diaphragm wall can be effectively solved.
本发明公开了一种地下连续墙渗漏水处置方法,在地下连续墙渗漏水处采用棉絮堵塞,在渗漏水处擦入带阀门的PPR引流管,采用快干水泥对渗漏水处进行封堵并预埋软质引流管,待快干水泥凝固后打孔插入止水针头,利用手持式高压注浆机通过软质引流管和止水针头注入水溶性聚氨酯,边注入水溶性边观察带阀门的PPR引流管流量,并不断调小阀门,直至地下连续墙渗漏处不再渗漏水为止,最后采用一块钢板通过膨胀螺栓固定在地下连续墙上,并在钢板与地下连续墙间采用灌浆料填充密实;本发明中的地下连续墙渗漏水处置方法,能够有效解决地下连续墙出现渗漏的问题。
