By arranging the rotatable iron sheet set, applicable deformation can be conducted according to the bending form of the crack, the grouting requirements of different crack forms are met, the iron sheet set is arranged to facilitate plugging of the special-shaped crack, and sufficient grouting is guaranteed by matching with the counter-force effect of the trapezoidal boss; through the steps, multi-point simultaneous plugging can be achieved, and it is ensured that a water leakage channel in the underground diaphragm wall is sealed.
