The invention discloses an intelligent prestressed member welded with a macromolecule packaging strain gauge and a manufacturing method of the intelligent prestressed member, and relates to a prestressed member and a manufacturing method of the prestressed member. The strain gauge is pasted and fixed on the foil sheet, the bottom of the polymer sealing plate is pasted on the foil sheet, the cavity of the polymer sealing plate covers the strain gauge, and the cavity is filled with an adhesive; and the foils are fixed on the prestressed tendons through spot welding by a spot welding machine. The method comprises the following steps: A, preparing; b, installing a strain gauge; c, mounting a macromolecular sealing plate: covering the strain gauge with a cavity of the macromolecular sealing plate, and bonding the cavity of the macromolecular sealing plate on the foil; d, pouring glue; e, drying: drying the two-component epoxy resin adhesive; and F, spot welding is conducted, specifically, the foil pieces are fixed to the prestressed tendons in a spot welding mode. According to the invention, debonding caused by glue aging can be avoided, a relatively accurate signal value can be obtained, the offset of the strain gauge can be limited, the mechanical property of the prestressed tendon can be ensured, and the device and the method have important significance for monitoring the prestressed member.
一种焊接有高分子封装应变计的智能预应力构件及其制作方法,涉及一种预应力构件及其制作方法,构件包括预应力筋、应变片、箔片、高分子封板;应变片粘贴固定于箔片上,高分子封板的底部粘结在箔片上,且高分子封板的空腔覆盖在应变片上,空腔内填充满胶粘剂;箔片通过点焊机点焊固定在预应力筋上。方法包括步骤:A、准备;B、安装应变片;C、安装高分子封板:将高分子封板的空腔覆盖住应变片并粘结在箔片上;D、灌胶;E、烘干:将双组份环氧树脂胶粘剂烘干;F、点焊:将箔片点焊固定在预应力筋上。本发明可避免因胶水老化导致脱粘,能获得较为准确的信号值,可限制应变片偏移,能保证预应力筋的力学性能,对预应力构件监测具有重要意义。
