The invention discloses a house building construction ladder stand which comprises a support, a first rest platform is arranged in the support, a second rest platform is further arranged in the support, a first ladder door for stopping people from walking in the ladder stand is arranged on one side of the first rest platform, and a second ladder door is arranged on one side of the second rest platform. One side of the first rest platform and one side of the second rest platform are each provided with an induction mechanism for stopping outward opening of the first ladder door or the second ladder door, and a worker can pass through the induction mechanisms. Workers entering the ladder stand are only kept to walk upwards or downwards at the same time, so that the phenomenon that two workers meet in the ladder stand during construction can be prevented, and the construction is facilitated.
