The invention discloses a glass plate and vacuum glass, the glass plate comprises first glass, a getter film is arranged on the first glass, and a tearable protective film is arranged on the surface of the getter film. The protective film covers the surface of the getter film to prevent the getter film from making contact with air, the protective film is torn off when the getter film needs to suck air, the getter film can absorb air of the vacuum glass, and the vacuum degree of the vacuum glass is improved. The vacuum glass provided by the invention is simple in structure, avoids the problems caused by the use of pill-shaped, strip-shaped or block-shaped getters, has the getter capacity of one hundred to hundreds of times of that of the pill-shaped, strip-shaped or block-shaped getters, keeps high vacuum inside the vacuum glass all the time, greatly prolongs the service life, does not need a process of removing residual gas on the surface of the glass by high-temperature baking, and improves the production efficiency. And the manufacturing cost is greatly reduced.
本发明公开了一种玻璃板及真空玻璃,该玻璃板包括第一玻璃,第一玻璃上设有吸气剂膜,吸气剂膜的表面设有可撕除的保护膜。保护膜覆盖在吸气剂膜表面,防止吸气剂膜与空气接触,吸气剂膜需要吸气时再撕除保护膜,吸气剂膜可吸收真空玻璃的空气,提高真空玻璃的真空度。本发明结构简单,避免了使用丸状、带状或块状吸气剂造成的问题,其吸气能力是丸状、带状或块状吸气剂的一百到几百倍,使得真空玻璃内部一直保持高真空,大大增强了使用寿命,且不用再采用高温烘烤排除玻璃表面残余气体工艺,大幅度降低了制作成本。
