The invention relates to a pavement repairing structure and a repairing method, and relates to the field of pavement repairing technologies, the pavement repairing structure comprises a bottom layer, a reinforcing layer and a finishing coat which are sequentially laminated from top to bottom; the bottom layer is prepared by coating a roadbed with a primer and curing the primer, and the primer comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 25-50% of water, 40-55% of epoxy resin, 5-15% of a curing agent, 1-5% of a solvent, 0.1-1% of a rheological additive and 0.1-1% of a thickening agent; the reinforcing layer is an asphalt concrete layer, the reinforcing layer extends to the periphery from the position to be repaired and covers the undamaged position of the original asphalt pavement, and the upper surface of the reinforcing layer does not exceed the original asphalt pavement; and the overlay layer covers the joint position of the reinforcing layer and the original asphalt pavement. According to the technical scheme, the mechanical strength, durability and traffic comfort degree of the repaired asphalt pavement can be effectively improved.
