The invention relates to the technical field of water environment treatment, and discloses an aquatic phytoplankton cleaning device which comprises a support, a lifting mechanism and a cutting mechanism, the lifting mechanism is arranged on the support and used for fishing aquatic phytoplankton, and the cutting mechanism is arranged on the support and used for cutting the phytoplankton. The device further comprises a boat-type floating assembly, a material guiding mechanism and a control assembly. According to the aquatic phytoplankton cleaning device, phytoplankton is fished and cut through the lifting mechanism and the cutting mechanism, the stacking size and the water content of the phytoplankton are preliminarily reduced, and then part of the cut phytoplankton is conveyed and extruded through the material guiding mechanism, so that the phytoplankton is evenly distributed in the ship type floating assembly; and water in the ship-type floating assembly is discharged, so that the situations of high energy consumption, low efficiency and the like of single-time cleaning caused by overhigh accumulation of phytoplankton or overlarge bearing load in the ship-type floating assembly are avoided, and the efficient and energy-saving salvage effect is further achieved.
