Preparation method of pile foundation reinforcement cage
The invention relates to the field of pile foundation construction methods for buildings and structures, in particular to a pile foundation reinforcement cage preparation method which can flexibly and efficiently realize preparation of reinforcement cages with different sizes and specifications and can also realize recycling of reinforcement materials or processing excess materials. The sizes of the pile foundation reinforcement cages of different specifications needing to be prepared are determined; b, secondly, according to the sizes of the pile foundation reinforcement cages of the different specifications, reinforcement cage jig frames of the corresponding sizes are prepared through the reinforcement materials or the machining excess materials, the reinforcement cage jig frames comprise a fixing base used for installing the reinforcement cage jig frames, and a detachable connecting structure is arranged between the fixing base and any reinforcement cage jig frame; and c, when the pile foundation reinforcement cage of one dimension specification needs to be prepared, the corresponding reinforcement cage jig frame is arranged on the fixed base, preparation of the pile foundation reinforcement cage is completed, and preparation is completed. The method is particularly suitable for preparation of the pile foundation reinforcement cage.
本发明涉及建筑及构筑物桩基施工方法领域，尤其是一种灵活且高效的实现对不同尺寸规格的钢筋笼的制备，同时还可以实现钢筋材料或加工余料回收利用的桩基钢筋笼制备方法，包括如下步骤：a、首先，确定所需制备的不同规格的桩基钢筋笼各自的尺寸大小；b、其次，依据所述不同规格的桩基钢筋笼各自的尺寸大小，利用所述钢筋材料或加工余料制备相对应大小尺寸的钢筋笼胎架，其中，包括用于安装所述钢筋笼胎架的固定底座，固定底座与任意一个钢筋笼胎架之间均为可拆卸连接结构；c、当需要制备其中一种尺寸规格的桩基钢筋笼时，将对应的钢筋笼胎架设置于固定底座上并完成桩基钢筋笼的制备，并完成制备。本发明尤其适用于桩基钢筋笼的制备之中。
