Supporting system and device for soil between piles of expansive soil deep foundation pit
The invention relates to expansive soil iron deep foundation pit engineering construction, in particular to an inter-pile soil supporting system and device for a deep foundation pit of an expansive soil stratum through bored grouting row piles. The expansive soil deep foundation pit is provided with an inter-pile soil supporting and reinforcing device support on a supporting pile; after a support of the inter-pile soil supporting and reinforcing device is installed, phi 8 welding reinforcing meshes are installed and shaped to serve as a temporary fixing structure; the method comprises the following steps: mounting prefabricated steel belts, mounting the steel belts on pre-mounted supports, mounting the steel belts on the supports, mounting the steel belts on the supports, fixing the steel belts by using phi 10 bolts, firmly binding the steel belts and reinforcing meshes at the middle positions of piles by using binding wires, and enabling the horizontal plane of the pre-bent steel belts to be perpendicular to the soil surface between the piles, and the best stress effect is achieved when the soil between the piles deforms. The problems of engineering safety and quality accidents and the like caused by instability of soil between piles in expansive soil stratum deep foundation pit engineering construction are solved.
本发明涉膨胀土地铁深基坑工程施工，具体是一种用于膨胀土地层深基坑钻孔灌注排桩桩间土支护体系及装置。膨胀土深基坑在支护桩上设置桩间土支护加固装置支座；桩间土支护加固装置支座安装完成后，安装定型Φ8焊接钢筋网片，做为临时固定结构；安装预制好的钢带，将钢带安装在预先安装好的支座上，支座上下间距为1m，横向间距为桩间距，在支座上安装钢带并用Φ10螺栓加以固定，桩中间位置用扎丝将钢带与钢筋网片绑扎牢固，使预弯钢带水平面垂直于桩间土面，达到桩间土变形时最佳的受力效果。解决了膨胀土地层深基坑工程施工中桩间土失稳造成工程安全及质量事故等难题。
