The steel hanging box bottom plate is used for being connected with the bottom of a steel hanging box wall body and comprises a steel beam and a steel plate. The supporting and lowering structure is used for structural stress supporting during lowering or concrete pouring of the steel hanging box and comprises a reaction frame, a continuous jack, a steel strand and a pulling and pressing rod, the reaction frame is arranged at the top of a steel casing, the continuous jack is arranged on the reaction frame and connected with a wall body of the steel hanging box through the steel strand, and the pulling and pressing rod is arranged on the top of the steel casing. And the pulling and pressing rod is used for connecting the steel hanging box bottom plate with the steel casing. The steel hanging box cofferdam is manufactured in blocks, is not influenced by the underwater environment of a sea area, is simple and convenient to construct and reduces the cost.
