The invention discloses a preparation method of a grout supplementing pore channel for repairing grouting defects of a sleeve, which comprises the following steps: feeding an elastic plug into a defect space on one side of a grout outlet of the sleeve through a detection pore channel by utilizing a tubular carrier, blocking the detection pore channel through the elastic plug, firstly loading the elastic plug, connecting one end of the elastic plug with a thin soft rope, and then loading the elastic plug; the elastic plug and the thin soft rope are arranged in the tubular carrier, then the elastic plug is conveyed into the defect space through the tubular carrier, the elastic plug is released, the tubular carrier is drawn out, the elastic plug is reserved in the defect space, and an endoscope probe is inserted into the detection hole channel to observe the position of the elastic plug. The position of the elastic plug is adjusted by drawing the thin soft rope, a slurry outlet of the sleeve is plugged, then reaming is conducted, reaming operation is conducted in the axis direction of the detection hole channel through drilling equipment, after reaming operation is completed, hole cleaning is conducted, a slurry supplementing hole channel is obtained, finally, the elastic plug is pulled out, and preparation is completed. During reaming operation, grouting material chippings can be prevented from entering the inner cavity of the sleeve, and the grout supplementing quality is guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种用于修复套筒灌浆缺陷的补浆孔道制备方法,利用管状载体将弹性塞通过检测孔道送入至套筒出浆口一侧的缺陷空间内,并通过弹性塞封堵检测孔道,首先装载弹性塞,弹性塞的一端连接有细软绳,将弹性塞和细软绳装入管状载体内,随后将弹性塞通过管状载体送至缺陷空间内,并释放弹性塞,抽出管状载体,使弹性塞留置在缺陷空间内,将内窥镜探头插入检测孔道内观察弹性塞位置,通过抽拉细软绳调整弹性塞位置并封堵套筒出浆口,接着进行扩孔:利用钻孔设备沿检测孔道轴线方向进行扩孔操作,扩孔操作完毕后,进行清孔,得到补浆孔道,最后将弹性塞拉出,完成制备。本发明能够在扩孔操作时,防止灌浆料碎屑进入套筒内腔,保证补浆质量。
