Rapid repairing agent for shield segment
The invention relates to the technical field of repairing materials, and discloses a shield segment rapid repairing agent which comprises a component A and a component B. The component A is a polymer emulsion, the component B is an early-strength high-strength anti-cracking anti-seepage premix, the mass ratio of the component A to the component B is 1: 6, and the component B is composed of, by mass, special cement, quartz sand and superfine mineral powder. The concrete is prepared from the following raw materials: silica fume, redispersible latex powder, special fibers, a water-retaining thickener, a water reducer and a nano anti-permeability agent. The rapid repairing agent for the shield segment is a cement-based composite material modified by silicone acrylic emulsion, not only retains the advantages of easy availability, good durability, environmental friendliness and relatively low price of an inorganic material, but also plays the advantages of high bonding strength and flexibility of a high polymer material, and is specially used for repairing defects of the concrete shield segment.
