The structure comprises a steel cover beam, a bearing platform, a pier column and a prestressed steel beam system, and the pier column comprises a concrete pier column arranged on the bearing platform; the steel pier column is connected to the lower portion of the steel cover beam, and a prestressed steel cable anchor chamber is formed in the steel pier column; the steel-concrete combined section is used for connecting the steel pier column and the concrete pier column; the prestressed steel beam system comprises a fixed end anchoring assembly arranged in the bearing platform; the tensioning end anchoring assembly is arranged in the steel pier column, and the tensioning end anchoring assembly is located on the outer side of the prestressed steel beam anchoring chamber cavity; one end of the prestressed steel beam extends into the bearing platform to be connected with the fixed end anchoring assembly, and the other end of the prestressed steel beam penetrates through the concrete pier column, the steel-concrete combined section and the prestressed steel beam anchoring chamber to be connected with the tensioning end anchoring assembly; the steel cover beam and the pier column are prefabricated first and then assembled on site. The structure provided by the invention is beneficial to ensuring stable connection of the pier column and the bearing platform, and the influence on the existing operation line can be reduced.
