Gate-type pier cross beam structure and construction method
A gate-type pier cross beam structure comprises a plurality of UHPC channel beam sections, the channel beam sections are connected to form a channel beam, the bottom face of the end of the channel beam is arranged on the top of a gate-type pier stand column, steel bars and prestressed steel bars are arranged in a channel opening of the channel beam, concrete is poured in the channel opening, and after the concrete reaches the strength, the steel bars and the prestressed steel bars are tensioned in a prestressed mode, the channel beam is formed. The cross beam structure is formed; the construction method comprises the following steps: prefabricating and producing a plurality of UHPC channel beam sections in a factory-like manner; the channel beam sections are transported to a construction site to be cemented and assembled on site, and the multiple channel beam sections are consolidated to form the channel beam after tensioning prestress; placing the bottom surface of the end part of the channel beam at the top of the stand column; arranging reinforcing steel bars and prestressed reinforcing steel bars in a groove opening of the groove-shaped beam; concrete is poured into the notch; and after the concrete reaches the strength, the steel bars and the prestressed steel bars are prestressed and tensioned to form the cross beam structure. Construction can be conducted under the condition that operation of the existing railway is not affected or disturbed, the structure is simple, the strength is high, the weight is light, and construction and installation are easy and convenient.
一种门式墩横梁结构,包括多个UHPC槽形梁节段,多个槽形梁节段连接成槽形梁,槽形梁端部底面设于门式墩立柱顶部,槽形梁槽口内设有钢筋及预应力钢筋,槽口内浇注有混凝土,在混凝土达到强度,经对钢筋、预应力钢筋预应力张拉后,形成所述横梁结构;施工方法:采用工厂化方式预制生产多个UHPC槽形梁节段;将槽形梁节段运抵工地现场胶结拼装,经张拉预应力后使多个槽形梁节段固结形成槽形梁;将槽形梁端部底面搁在立柱顶部;在槽形梁槽口内布设钢筋及预应力钢筋;向槽口内浇注混凝土;待混凝土达到强度对钢筋及预应力钢筋预应力张拉,形成所述横梁结构。本发明能在不影响和干扰既有铁路运营下进行施工,其构造简洁、强度高、重量轻,施工安装简便。
