Jacking and disassembling method for Bailey support under bridge
The invention discloses an under-bridge bailey support jacking and disassembling method. The method comprises the following steps that S1, three suspended traction ships are connected into a ship body through cross beam I-shaped steel; s2, the two bailey beams form a group and are longitudinally assembled to cross beam I-shaped steel of the pontoon, and multiple layers are vertically erected till the dismounting height of the steel box beam bailey support is reached; s3, top cross beams are arranged on the upper portions of the bailey beams, jacks are welded to the upper portions of the top cross beams, and distribution beam frames are arranged on the upper portions of the jacks; s4, water is injected into a water separation bin of the ship body; s5, starting the traction ship in the middle, driving the three traction ships to the bottom of the steel box girder bailey bracket, and slowly erecting the steel box girder bailey bracket; s7, the traction ship is started, and the steel box girder bailey supports are transported to the position of a temporary assembly site on the shore in a floating mode; and S8, hoisting the bailey beam group ashore by using a 500t floating crane, and splitting and hoisting away the bailey beam group in an assembly site. The construction method is safe and reliable, high in construction speed and extremely high in generalization performance.
