The invention discloses an FRP-UHPC (Fiber Reinforced Polymer-Ultra High Performance Concrete) shell reinforcing prefabricated part and a preparation method thereof. The prefabricated part comprises a first UHPC shell and a second UHPC shell, grouting sleeves and annular FRP stirrups which are arranged in a staggered mode are arranged in the two shells, when the two shells are assembled, one end of the FRP stirrup in the first UHPC shell penetrates through the edge embedding face to be inserted into the grouting sleeve in the second UHPC shell to be fixed, and the other end of the FRP stirrup in the second UHPC shell penetrates through the edge embedding face to be fixed. 本发明公开一种FRP‑UHPC壳体加固预制件及其制备方法。预制件包括第一UHPC壳体和第二UHPC壳体,两个壳体均内置有交错配置的灌浆套筒和环向FRP箍筋,当组装两块壳体时,第一UHPC壳体中FRP箍筋的一端穿过边缘嵌合面插入到第二UHPC壳体内部的灌浆套筒中进行固定,同时第二UHPC壳体中FRP箍筋的一端穿过边缘嵌合面插入到第一UHPC壳体内部的灌浆套筒中进行固定,然后再通过两个壳体外侧壁上的灌浆孔,在两块壳体嵌合后进行灌浆锚固,以使二者嵌合固定形成一个中空的圆柱形加固预制件。本发明不仅能够保证FRP‑UHPC壳体加固预制件的连接强度,且安装方便,适用性广泛,同时制备简单,制造成本低,有利于建筑工业化的推广。
