The monitoring terminal issues a gate closing instruction to the controllers, the controllers arranged at the gaps receive the gate closing instruction and then drive the hydraulic hoists to close the gates, and when the gates are closed, the controllers drive the audible and visual alarms to give an audible and visual alarm at the same time.
