Foundation reinforcement pouring structure applying precast concrete planks
The foundation reinforcement pouring structure comprises a cast-in-place concrete layer, precast concrete planks I and precast concrete planks II, the precast concrete planks I are arranged on the two sides of an original foundation, and the precast concrete planks II are arranged on the upper portions of the other two sides of the original foundation. The original foundation, the structural column, the concrete cushion layer, the precast concrete planks I and the precast concrete planks II are provided with reinforcing steel bars and are poured into a whole through the cast-in-place concrete layer. The precast concrete planks are adopted as formworks for reinforcing cast-in-place concrete of the foundation, so that the precast concrete planks and the poured concrete can form a whole, and the precast concrete planks are connected with the structural columns and the embedded steel bars of the original foundation through the longitudinal bars, the transverse bars and the vertical bars to form an integral steel bar framework. And the poured concrete and the original foundation are integrated, so that the reinforced foundation can meet the requirement of bearing capacity.
本发明公开了一种应用预制混凝土板的基础加固浇筑结构,包括现浇混凝土层、预制混凝土板Ⅰ、预制混凝土板Ⅱ,预制混凝土板Ⅰ设置在原基础两侧,预制混凝土板Ⅱ设置在原基础另外两侧上部,原基础、结构柱、混凝土垫层、预制混凝土板Ⅰ、预制混凝土板Ⅱ布设钢筋通过现浇混凝土层浇筑为一体。本发明通过采用预制混凝土板作为地基基础加固现浇混凝土的模板,使预制混凝土板能够与浇筑的混凝土成为一个整体,预制混凝土板通过纵筋、横筋、竖筋与结构柱、原基础的植筋连接成为一个整体的钢筋骨架,使浇筑后混凝土与原基础成为一个整体,保证了加固后的基础满足承载力的要求。
