Supporting mechanism for mounting fabricated precast concrete planks
The supporting mechanism comprises a soft soil layer, and a foundation soil layer, a sand cushion layer and a prefabricated slab layer are sequentially laid on the soft soil layer from bottom to top; the prefabricated slab layer is formed by laying a plurality of prefabricated slabs in rows in a mutually connected manner; supporting units are arranged on the prefabricated plate layer, the foundation soil layer and the sand cushion layer and used for balancing extrusion force formed by unbalanced stress caused by gravity of the prefabricated plate layer in the vehicle running process, and a supporting system can be preliminarily formed by sequentially laying the foundation soil layer and the sand cushion layer on the soft soil layer from bottom to top. And the supporting units are arranged on the prefabricated plate layer, so that extrusion force formed by unbalanced stress caused by gravity of the prefabricated plate layer can be balanced, meanwhile, uniform stress protection is provided for a base layer formed by the prefabricated plate layer, the foundation soil layer and the sand cushion layer, the base layer is prevented from being damaged in the temporary use period, and the temporary service life is prolonged.
本发明公开了一种用于装配式预制混凝土板安装的支撑机构,包括软土层,所述软土层上依次从下至上铺设有基土层、砂垫层以及预制板层;所述预制板层有多个预制板相互连接成排铺设形成;所述预制板层、基土层以及砂垫层上设置有支撑单元,用于在车辆行驶过程中,对预制板层由于重力造成的受力不均衡而形成的挤压力进行平衡通过在软土层上依次从下至上铺设有基土层、砂垫层的设置,可初步形成支撑体系,再通过在其上设置支撑单元,可对预制板层由于重力造成的受力不均衡而形成的挤压力进行平衡,同时也对预制板层、基土层以及砂垫层形成基层提供受力均匀保护,防止在临时使用期间,基层造成破坏,延长临时使用期限。
