The invention discloses an airport taxiing area non-stop underground pipe jacking method, which comprises the following steps of S1, performing soil exploration, and determining the underground water level, the soil texture type, the soil permeability coefficient and the geological histogram condition of a taxiing area; s2, the inner diameter of the jacking pipe is determined to be 1500 mm; s3, carrying out finite element analysis by adopting the 3D model, and determining relevant parameters of the pipe-jacking pipe joint; s4, a pipe-jacking tunneling machine is selected according to the soil texture condition, the underground water level and the construction requirement; s5, determining the size of the working pit; s6, selecting a construction structure form of the working pit; s7, pipe jacking working well construction is conducted, wherein the three steps of sheet pile construction, earth excavation and concrete pouring are included; and S8, pipe jacking construction is conducted, and grouting is conducted after the whole pipe jacking section is completed. By means of the method, the influence on existing facilities around the airport and normal operation of the airport is reduced, and meanwhile the construction period of earth excavation and sliding area repairing construction is shortened.
本发明公开一种机场滑行区不停航地下顶管方法,该方法包括如下步骤S1.进行土壤勘探,明确滑行区地下水位、土质类型、土壤渗透系数、地质柱状图情况;S2.将顶管的内径确定为1500mm;S3.采用3D模型进行有限元分析,确定顶管管节的相关参数;S4.结合土质情况、地下水位、施工要求选择顶管掘进机;S5.确定工作坑尺寸;S6.选择工作坑施工结构形式;S7.顶管工作井施工,包括板桩施工,土方开挖,混凝土浇筑三个步骤;S8.顶管施工,整段顶管完成后注浆。本发明的方法降低了对机场周边既有设施及机场正常运营的影响,同时也减少了土方开挖及滑行区修复施工的工期。
