The invention relates to the field of tunnel pipe-jacking construction, in particular to a construction method of a water-stop wall at a tunnel pipe-jacking outlet, which comprises the following steps: arranging the water-stop wall at the tunnel pipe-jacking outlet, grooving the water-stop wall at a soil layer part by using a hydraulic grooving machine, and auxiliary grooving the water-stop wall at a rock layer part by using a percussion drill; after the groove is formed, a groove forming machine is used for conducting hole cleaning on the groove, and pump suction reverse circulation is used for conducting hole cleaning on the groove; pouring the prepared slurry into the cleaned groove by using a conduit method; and after pouring is completed, the tunnel jacking pipe outlet water stop wall is obtained. The construction method of the water-stop wall is simple in construction and effectively suitable for different geologies, and compared with an existing water-stop method, the constructed water-stop wall is higher in stability and better in water-stop effect.
