A side auxiliary support is movably installed on the side edge, connected with the sliding block, of the lower end of the shear type lifting frame, a synchronous movable frame is arranged on the side edge, connected with the sliding block, of the upper end of the shear type lifting frame, protection frames are arranged above the left side and the right side of the lifting platform correspondingly, and linkage inhaul cables are connected between the protection frames and the synchronous movable frame. According to the device, adaptive offset lifting supporting can be conducted through transverse displacement of the shear type lifting frame during stretching and retracting, meanwhile, balance weight adjustment and auxiliary supporting are conducted in cooperation with the linkage balance weight blocks and the side auxiliary supports, overall stable supporting is kept, and the protection function of the device is further improved in cooperation with linkage adjustment protection of the protection frame.
