The preparation method of the cementing material prepared from the fluorgypsum comprises the following steps: a, heating the fluorgypsum to 120-600 DEG C, and preheating for 10-25 seconds; b, boiling and calcining the fluorgypsum preheated in the step a at 700-900 DEG C; and c, cooling the fluorgypsum boiled and calcined in the step b to 60-100 DEG C, mixing the fluorgypsum with an exciting agent, and grinding to obtain the cementing material prepared from the fluorgypsum. According to the method disclosed by the invention, the fluorgypsum is used as a raw material to prepare the very high-quality cementing material, so that the fluorgypsum is recycled and harmless, and the method is an important way for promoting comprehensive utilization of industrial solid wastes, preventing and controlling pollution, protecting the environment and improving economic benefits in fluorine chemical industry.
