The invention provides steel rail laser cladding repairing and post-processing equipment which comprises a main frame, a laser repairing device and a post-processing device, the lower end of the main frame is provided with a positioning groove and a walking wheel, the walking wheel is provided with a lifter, the laser repairing device comprises a laser processing head, and the laser processing head is provided with an infrared distance measuring sensor. The laser machining head is provided with a first driving assembly which drives the laser machining head to move in the X-axis direction, the Y-axis direction and the Z-axis direction and can rotate in the Y-axis direction, the post-processing device comprises a grinding wheel, the grinding wheel is provided with a driving motor, and the driving motor is provided with a second driving assembly used for driving the grinding wheel to be close to or away from the steel rail. According to the steel rail laser cladding repairing and post-processing equipment, the infrared distance measuring sensor is adopted to control the distance between the laser working head and the surface of a steel rail, four-axis linkage is achieved through the first lead screw, the second lead screw, the third lead screw and the rotating disc, and defects on the surface of the steel rail are repaired on site; and the fourth lead screw controls the grinding wheel to grind the steel rail.
