The invention discloses a soil base intelligent compaction device for an airport fabricated runway and a use method. The soil base intelligent compaction device comprises the five steps of vehicle driving in place, pavement early-stage compaction, data collection, pavement reinforcement and pavement later-stage compaction. The detection assembly capable of collecting the acceleration is used for detecting the acceleration, fed back by road surfaces with different compaction degrees, of the compression roller of the road roller, and the detection assembly is combined with an intelligent auxiliary driving system of the road roller, so that information of insufficient compaction degrees of local positions in a detected road section is collected; and in combination with the material supplementing mechanism on the rear side of the road roller, in the tracking returning process of the road roller, material supplementing and rolling are carried out on the position with the insufficient compaction degree, and uniformity and stability of the compaction degree of the whole road section are achieved. The labor intensity of a driver can be reduced, and the efficiency of road rolling operation is improved.
本发明公开了一种机场装配式跑道的土基智能压实装置及使用方法,通过驱车到位、路面前期压实、数据收集、路面补强和路面后期压实五个步骤,实现了利用具有收集加速度的探测组件对压路机的压辊因为受到不同压实度的路面的反馈的加速度进行探测,并与压路机的智能辅助驾驶系统进行结合,实现了对探测的路段内局部位置压实度不足的信息收集,并结合压路机后侧的补料机构,在压路机的循迹返回的过程中,对压实度不足的位置进行补充补料并碾压,实现了整个路段压实度的均一稳定。本发明能够实现降低驾驶员的劳动强度,提高压路作业的效率。
