The invention relates to an overhead roof heat preservation and waterproof integrated structure and a construction method thereof.The device comprises a keel, a support, a bracket, an integrated heat preservation plate and a waterproof coiled material, the keel is arranged in the length direction of a roof, the support is arranged below the keel, and the integrated heat preservation plate and the waterproof coiled material are arranged at the upper end of the keel; the integrated heat insulation board is composed of glass fiber gridding cloth, mortar, an extruded sheet, polystyrene foam concrete and a steel wire mesh from top to bottom. The construction method has the advantages that an overhead method is adopted, the base layer does not need to be cleaned, the added cavity layer enables the heat preservation effect to be better, a horizontal exhaust pipe does not need to be arranged, the humidity and temperature under the natural condition have no influence on construction of the heat preservation layer, the support is arranged below the keel, the drainage gradient can be adjusted, drainage is smooth, and the bracket is arranged below the integrated heat preservation plate. Enough supporting force can be provided, and the stability of the integrated insulation board is guaranteed. The structure is simple, operability is high, the construction period is shortened, materials are saved, cost is reduced, and working efficiency is improved.
