The invention discloses an electric pole erecting construction method which is carried out in cooperation with a pole root rotating device and a pole end traction device and comprises the following steps that the pole root rotating device and the pole end traction device are erected on the ground above a drilled pole hole; the pole root of the electric pole is connected with the pole root rotating device, and the pole end of the electric pole is connected with the pole end traction device; meanwhile, a rod root rotating device and a rod end traction device are started, the rod root rotating device drives the rod root to rotate, and the rod end traction device pulls the rod end to rise; after the electric pole is erected, the pole end traction device releases a steel cable with a certain length, so that the electric pole vertically descends into the hole; and the rod root rotating device and the rod end traction device are detached. According to the electric pole erecting construction method, pole root rotation and pole end lifting are adopted at the same time, force is applied to the two ends of the electric pole at the same time, the requirements for the power of the pole root rotation device and the power of the pole end traction device are lowered, the rotation process is stable, and the pole erecting efficiency is high.
