The invention discloses environment-friendly anti-cracking cement stabilized macadam which is mainly prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of recycled aggregate, 10-30 parts of fine aggregate, 5-7 parts of cement and 3-5 parts of water. Preferably, the recycled aggregate is prepared by mixing aggregates with different particle sizes prepared from waste concrete according to a certain mass blending ratio. Based on the same inventive concept, the invention also provides a continuous production process of the environment-friendly anti-crack cement stabilized macadam, which comprises the following steps: vibrating the raw materials of the cement stabilized macadam for 100 seconds through a compaction testing machine by adopting a vibration molding method, and molding along with the gradual increase of the compactness of the cement stabilized macadam, the environment-friendly anti-cracking cement stabilized macadam is obtained. The anti-cracking cement stabilized macadam provided by the invention is environment-friendly, and the anti-cracking performance of the anti-cracking cement stabilized macadam is improved, so that a cement stabilized macadam base doped with waste concrete has a relatively high application value.
