The invention provides a processing method of a pigment formula of over-glaze blue-and-white, the final color of a coloring agent is greatly influenced by other components added into the coloring agent, in order to make each batch of ceramic pigment have the same color, raw materials with the same mass must be finely weighed and mixed according to the composition, and the materials are put into a mixing tank to be mixed; calcination is an important process for preparing a product and aims to stabilize the product, in the calcination process, different reactions occur due to different properties of raw materials and different expected ceramic pigments, and the lowest calcination temperature is the same as the use temperature of a final pigment product. When the overglaze blue-and-white pigment is used, the overglaze blue-and-white pigment can become a color which can be normally produced without being influenced by climate and environment across the country, and when the pigment is used, the firing temperature of the overglaze blue-and-white pigment is up to about 800-900 DEG C, and the period is as long as about 4 hours; therefore, inconvenience caused by traditional blue and white flowers is changed.
本发明提供了一种釉上青花的颜料配方的加工方法,着色剂的最终色调,受加入着色剂中其它成分的很大影响,为了使每批陶瓷颜料发出同一色调,必须按照组成将质量相同的原料精细的称量和混合,将材料放在混合罐内进行混合;煅烧是制产品的重要工序,其目的是为了使之稳定化,在煅烧过程中,因原料性质的不同和希望得到陶瓷颜料的不同,而发生不同的反应,煅烧温度最低要和色料最终制品的使用温度相同,这种釉上青花的颜料在使用的时候可以使得釉上青花在全国各地不受气候和环境的影响成为可以正常生产的颜色,这种颜料在使用的过程中使得釉上青花的烧成温度高达800‑900度左右,周期长达4小时左右即可,从而改变了传统青花带来的不便。
