The invention discloses a lead-free lithium-free re-firing-free overglaze silk screen pigment for ceramics, which comprises a colorant and a flux in a weight ratio of (8-30%): (70-92%), the flux is prepared from the following raw material components in parts by weight: 35 to 75 parts of silicon dioxide (SiO2), 3 to 20 parts of diboron trioxide (B2O3), 1.5 to 10 parts of aluminum oxide (Al2O3), 1 to 12 parts of zirconium silicate (ZrSiO4), 1 to 8.5 parts of bismuth trioxide (Bi2O3), 1 to 10 parts of fluorine F and acidic oxide. The toner is a lead-free toner. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, preparing a flux; and S2, mixing a colorant with the prepared flux to obtain the powdery pigment. The color agent and the flux are mixed through a dry ball milling process to achieve the same effect as re-burning heat treatment in the prior art, so that in the pigment preparation process, the physical and chemical performance improvement process of high-temperature re-burning heat treatment is omitted, the quality and the production efficiency of a pigment product are improved, and the production cost is reduced.
