The anti-seepage reinforcing structure comprises a pressure relief isolation pile row, the pressure relief isolation pile row is in an arc shape, the two opposite ends of the pressure relief isolation pile row are connected to the outer sides of the two adjacent diaphragm walls correspondingly, and the two opposite ends of the pressure relief isolation pile row are connected to the outer sides of the two adjacent diaphragm walls correspondingly; the inner arc surfaces of the pressure relief isolation pile rows are arranged towards the staggered joint of the two adjacent diaphragm walls; the blocking and reinforcing composite piles are connected to the two adjacent diaphragm walls so as to block the staggered joints, and a closed-loop space is defined by the pressure relief isolation pile rows, the two adjacent diaphragm walls and the blocking and reinforcing composite piles; the dewatering well is arranged in the closed-loop space; the reverse lining walls are poured on the inner sides of the two adjacent underground diaphragm walls so as to support the two adjacent underground diaphragm walls; the enclosing purlin is arranged in the length direction of the underground diaphragm wall and poured on the upper portion of the reverse lining wall, and supporting pieces are fixedly arranged between the enclosing purlin and the other underground diaphragm walls opposite to the enclosing purlin. The problem that water cannot be effectively isolated at the peak shifting position of the diaphragm wall by adopting a traditional plugging and reinforcing method is solved.
