The invention relates to the field of improved structures of in-service roadbeds, in particular to a permafrost region in-service roadbed slope seepage-proofing reinforcing structure and a construction method thereof.The structure is characterized in that a reinforcing layer is arranged on the side face of an original roadbed, the reinforcing layer comprises two layers from inside to outside, the layer close to the side face of the roadbed is a rich-hole mixture layer, and the outermost layer is a cementing material layer; according to the reinforcing structure, the in-situ curing technology is adopted for construction, the design of the two curing layers is adopted, the reinforcing structure has the advantages of being short in construction period, high in environmental adaptability, small in traffic influence and good in integrity, the whole curing layers have good water-resisting and heat-resisting effects through the proportion design of the raw materials of all the layers, and the service life of the reinforcing structure is prolonged. The erosion effect of roadbed slope surface heat absorption and water flow on the slope surface is effectively reduced, and cracking and collapse of the in-service roadbed in the frozen soil area are effectively avoided.
