The invention provides a manufacturing method of a buckling restraining supporting structure. The manufacturing method comprises the steps that a plurality of modular iron sheets are cut; a core column is embedded in the modular iron sheet and wrapped by the modular iron sheet, the core column is formed by combining a main shaft material and an auxiliary shaft material, the core column penetrates into the surrounding pipe, the surrounding pipe wraps the core column and the modular iron sheet, the two ends of the surrounding pipe are connected with the blocking pieces, and a grouting hole is formed in the center of the surrounding pipe. Grouting materials are guided into the confining pipe through the grouting holes, the confining pipe is filled with the grouting materials, and the core column and the modular iron sheets are wrapped with the grouting materials; therefore, the modularized iron sheet is embedded in the core column, so that the core column is prevented from making contact with the grouting material, and the situation that the core column or the surrounding pipe is connected together due to rusting is avoided.
