The invention discloses an intelligent frequency conversion temperature control system for controlling mass concrete cracks. The intelligent frequency conversion temperature control system comprises an electric control cabinet, a plurality of temperature measuring elements used for measuring the internal temperature of mass concrete, a plurality of layers of cooling water pipes used for cooling, a frequency conversion water pump set used for supplying water, a PLC, a cloud server and a mobile phone terminal. Each layer of cooling water pipes are arranged in the concrete according to a certain height interval, each layer of cooling water pipes is provided with a water inlet pipe opening and two water outlet pipe openings, and the cooling water pipes are bound and fixed on reinforcing steel bars in the concrete; the water inlet pipe orifice is arranged close to the center of concrete, and the water outlet pipe orifice is arranged at the edge of the concrete; water inlet pipe openings of the cooling water pipes are connected with the variable-frequency water pump set, the PLC is connected with the temperature measuring element and the variable-frequency water pump set, the PLC transmits field real-time data to the mobile phone terminal through the cloud server by adopting the wireless network transmission technology, and the electric control cabinet is used for controlling starting and stopping of the variable-frequency water pump set.
